The ease of doing business with your firm is quite inspiring.

I have found that many of our customers think I am sitting at my desk with a seat belt on. They expect me to reply to their emails immediately, or at least I think they do. My firm manufactures corrugated boxes. My customers regularly have packaging lines down. They forget to order the boxes needed to ship out their products. There have been times when instead of calling me, they will email me their concerns. I carry a PDA with me at all times that has email capability.
